Even the most reliable methods and technologies are
open to improvement. At Fluidlink we use "state of
the art" facilities such as CAD and CNC machining
which allow us, and hence our customers, to benefit
from improvements in performance and increased
value.
Close involvement with customers at the design stage
often brings forward important advantages in a
competitive environment.
We currently have 4 CNC machining centres which we use
to manufacture all centre bodies and hydraulic
manifolds. This helps us to control the lead time
for these components and to implement immediate
design changes, where required.
Quality Control
An essential part of Fluidlink's commitment to
customer satisfaction is our uncompromising
attention to quality control.
Throughout the entire manufacturing process, every
component is tested and monitored so that the final
assembled unit meets the client's stringent quality
demands.
Using our on-site testing facilities, we can
simulate applications to improve designs and problem
solve on any manufactured hydraulic unit or
manifold. |
